Filter a measure with a slicer??

I gotta share something I saw from v-jiascu-msft on the community forum.

I have an original measure that evaluates total sales over $50 as high, and under as low.

I then write the below measure that references a disconnected table.

Last step is to filter the visual with my new measure set to “is not blank”.

The result is my original measure evaluates unless a selection is made on the slicer, then the “is not blank” kicks in to hide the rows that don’t apply if a selection is made.
